HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, City Express doesn't offer tracking services but we work with their riders to ensure swift delivery and will be in contact with you should any issues arise. Standard 1-2 working days deliveries via Redstar Express will receive a tracking number; orders can be tracked via their website at: https://redstarplc.com/tracker


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not officially but if you do need some cards sent abroad, we will gladly shop around for the most affordable and reliable carrier to get your cards across to you in good time.


CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER? I FORGOT TO GET SOMETHING FOR MY CAT. Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to orders after they’ve been placed.


I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! CAN YOU FIX IT?

We only have a short window to fix shipping addresses, so if the request is made right after an order is placed, it’s likely that we can fix it. Otherwise, your order is being shipped to the initial address, so please double check your address!


I FORGOT TO ADD MY COUPON CODE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER! CAN I ADD IT NOW?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to orders after they’ve been placed but please send an email to info@notjustpulp.com and we'll be sure to add it to your next order even if you forget to yourself.


WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We ship packages and return emails Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sundays and all major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back.


I LIVE IN ____. WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

Check out our store locator to find the nearest retailer! We recommend calling and asking about what they have in stock if you’re looking for something specific.


WILL YOU DRAW SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR MY UNCLE'S GRADUATION/NEPHEW'S CHRISTENING/BFF'S DIVORCE PARTY?
Definitely! However, we reserve the right to refuse custom work if it doesn't fit within our brand values and current production processes. Please bear in mind.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE COLORS OR CHANGE A WORD ON SOMETHING FOR ME?

Ofcourse! Just be sure to put all the information in the "additional information" field when you are personalising your cards. There are limits to changes that can be made and we will be in touch to let you know if your request exceeds our limitations.
