The year was 2015, the month was November. After a frantic search across Lagos (Nigeria) for the perfect card for her friend's birthday yielded no results, our Founder, Chidinma, decided to put her design skills to good use by starting her own line. All she ever wanted were greeting cards that were funny, a little quirky and Nigerian-inspired but also of impeccable quality and she was determined to create just that! From our first ever post of the cards on Instagram, we landed our first ever order from a retailer who happened to be the biggest gift shop in the country. The rest they say, is history!

With almost a decade of experience and over 80,000 cards sold, Not Just Pulp is now the largest privately owned greetings card company in Nigeria and on a path to become the most influential gifting brand in Africa.
