A decade ago, Not Just Pulp began as a simple expression of creativity, hand-drawn doodles, bold ideas, and a deep desire to help people say what truly matters. As we mark our 10th anniversary, we’re proud to introduce The Milestone Collection - a curation of designs inspired by the celebration of every step that makes life meaningful, and the memories that have shaped our journey.

During a recent live interview, our founder shared the question she still hears often: “How did Not Just Pulp begin?”
In her words, she said “The Not Just Pulp brand was born really out of my passion for stationery items. The light bulb moment came in 2015, after a frantic search for a fun and quirky card that really spoke to the friend I was going to send it to, and all I saw were just generic China imported cards in the supermarkets. And that was when it occurred to me to create my own, since I had seen where the gap in the market was .”
And she stepped into the world of greeting cards with one mission: To spread joy and help people express heartfelt emotions in the most personal way possible. The newly launched The Milestone Collection reflects this evolution: 10 new greeting cards designed for life’s most cherished moments.
Over the years, the dream evolved and is fast-becoming a platform for creativity. We’re creating a space for creatives to showcase their talent, and one that celebrates artistic expression, emotion, and relationship-building.
The The Milestone Collection cards reflect a moment worth remembering, whether big or small. This collection celebrates moments that shape us: fresh starts, big leaps, and quiet victories.
The designs take inspiration from what the business means to us, our customers and where the business is going in the future. It was created from the mixture of a bit of Classic designs everyone can use, and the Naija-Inspired vibe the brand is known for.
It has simple, expressive doodles on it and highlighted occasions that each card celebrates, reflecting the brand’s humble, creative beginning.
